@Pam Fuller, you should be able to reserve her ordinances by just going to her person/detail page, clicking Ordinances then click Request and follow the screen prompts. Have you tried that?
Also note that a Moderator needs to move this post to the Temple Category.

You don't need to reserve anything for her. Everything has already been reserved and shared with the temple.
If you would like to complete her ordinances, just take them as 90-day reservations by clicking request and do them.
I see that you did reserve her sealing to parents then immediately shared it with the temple. If that is your intention with the others, then again, there is no need. In fact, if they were completely unreserved so you can reserve them and share them, then that would move them from wherever they are in line for completion and move them to the back of the line.

Why does Family Search reserve them? Normally when a person has shared them with the temple I can go in and reserve them and print; not in this case.

I'm not sure why you say you can't print them? What happens when you click the REQUEST button?

When I click on Reserve, I can reserve them without any trouble at all:
I did immediately unreserve them as well.
I have no idea why it says FamilySearch shared them with the temple but I would wonder if this is how it looks when 2-year reservations expire and are moved from someone's reservation list to the temple list or when someone dies and someone else requests that all that person's reservations be released. A third possibility is that this is what happens when a reservation gets "stuck" in the temple system and that has to be fixed.
What ever the reason @Pam Fuller you should be able to just click on Reserve like I did then print them out.

Or for some reason are the two Request links not there or not active when you are on the page?
If those buttons and links are not there, could it be that you made there reservations three years ago and somehow your name got separated from them? Have you checked your shared with the temple list to see if they are there?
@Bryan54 , @DMS1737 , @CJTobler , you three seem to be the primary moderators for the Temple community. Do any of you have any idea what @Pam Fuller is running into? (And can this discussion be moved to the Temple area?)

Gordon, you have offered three plausible reasons as to why these ordinances say FamilySearch is sharing them. When you click on the blue FamilySearch link below the Request link, it says,
"FamilySearch
Change made by authorized support staff or as part of an update."
There is also a knowledge article titled, Unknown or FamilySearch reserved ordinances for my ancestor.
The beginning of this article says, "Temple ordinances that you see reserved by "Unknown" or "FamilySearch" were released to the temple before our current website became available."
This is not likely the case here, but is another reason we may see FamilySearch instead of an individual reserving or sharing ordinances.
We are glad these particular ordinances can be requested and completed by whomever would like to do that.
Best wishes to you both.

Are you a missionary?
When I go there it won't let me reserve it. That is the whole point I don't have Reserve as an option, hence I can't print it. I could the baptism was done and not the confirmation. I work at the Temple and just wanted to take care of the confirmation.
Would you like to Reserve the confirmation and share it with me?

Thank you.

@Pam Fuller I'm not a missionary, not even a moderator, just another user.
It's good you posted that photo because something is strange with your view. The only time your screen should look like that is if you reserved the ordinances and shared them with the temple. Do check you shared with the temple list and make sure this person is not there.
I don't think I can reserve and then share with you since I can only obtain them as 90 ordinances. You may have to have a friend or someone you work with in the temple reserve these, print out the cards, and give the cards to you.
@CJTobler - what do you think of her screen shot?

Catherine Vergeline Anthony MC4V-5G4: The reservations have been released. We logged in as your helper and it appears the confirmation, initiatory, and endowment are now available to reserve.

Thank you for your help.
It just seems odd to me that most reservations when they are that old are available to be reserved by others. I've seen others that are reserved by Family Search that I can't reserve.
