How do I do temple work for a friend's deceased daughter

I have a friend who's daughter is late and she desires I do family history work for her but they are not members. I am aware that I need to get a consent letter from her after creating an account for her with her daughter's information added.

I use to have an email for support that helped me in this process. Is it possible to have that email to start the process?

    @george udosen

    We are adding a link to a knowledge article from the Help Center titled: Can I request proxy temple ordinances for a friend?" We hope we understand your question, and that the information in this article is what you need to start the process.

    If you have completed these steps and have already requested permission, please give us the name of your friend and we will check on the progress of your request.

    Best wishes.
