Robo-indexing error: Westerly in Rhode Island not Maryland

Here is another instance of a robot indexing error. From the family names this Westerly definitely is the one in Rhode Island.

    Given that the dates are before 1776, the correct standard place name would be Westerly, Kings, Rhode Island, British Colonial America.

    The standard place names being applied in this collection are systematically incorrect, both in time and place.
