My question is how to index them in the correct order. Left hand column all the way to the end of the column then right hand column to the end?

On the left hand page I did it alphabetically so I did the right hand column at the top first (BEE-H) then the left hand column near the bottom then the right hand column near the bottom (both of which are BEI-K)

On the next page I just did left hand all the way down and then right hand all the way down. What is the correct way? Thank you.

The process has been to start on the left column, top to bottom, and in this case, column 2,3 and 4 the same way. Also be aware that column 1 & 3 have the Grantor first and the Grantee second and column 2 & 4 have the grantee first and the grantor second.

Thank you. I have missed the switch of grantor and grantee.
