Ordinance work that was performed while person was living showing up as available to do for deceased
I have a patron here in the Family History Center in Santa Rosa CA whose son was baptized and confirmed while he was alive. He died in 2000. Currently under his ID it indicates that the temple work for his baptism is available to be performed. I uploaded a copy of his certificate of baptism as a memory under his FamilySearch profile. He is Caton Russell White - ID# L61K-FW8. We looked in the help section of the FS site and it indicated the family member with a temple ordinance issue (his mother in this case) should reserve the temple ordinances so that they are not repeated, and then seek help at a family history center. Is there someone there that might be able to update his ordinances within the site?
Thanks for your help,
Best regards,
Susanne
