Why are you doing away with phone calls?

Family history Consultants are usually full time workers in the workforce and only work once a shift a week or a month. and dont have time to help others in the FHC with questions if I have to make an appointment. Tried the Help center and it could not answer my question About temple printing of cards. When I asked the question it gave me 5700 answers. Some of us old folks dont have the wherewithall to keep up with the changes to FS. A 2 minute answer by phone is much more efficient than making an appointment for a few days later to help someone who may not even come back. Why are you doing this??
