Help with indexing

Hi, I'm indexing the following: US, New York, Tioga County—Index to Land Records, Grantors, 1630–1975 [Part A][M3Y8-X9B]

After some of the names on the Grantor column, there is this... (Will). Is this referring to a name, or to a legal will. If it is referring to a legal will, then I know not to index it. But if it is a name, I would index it again as another name in the Grantor column.

I'm just not sure which one it refers to.

Thanks for any help!

Denise

I have done only a couple of these, but they look to me as if they are referring to a legal will and this is not a will. I have just disregarded it and indexed it as if it were any other name.
