I have received an email from Family Search directing me to false information.

The information has my grandmother as male and her husband as female.

    @PhilipCaine, did you look at George Edwin Cain's person/detail page in Family Tree. Does it show him as a male or female? Any other strange things showing up in the relationship?

    In the newest published parts of church book indexes from Hungary and Slovakia, every principal is marked either male or unknown.

    My advice is to ignore the error. The index has served its purpose: you (or FS's hinting system) found the record.

    Yes gender does seem to becoming a problem for many theses days. I was sent this information in an email from Family Search saying they had found the death of my grandmother in England, Yorkshire Parish registers August 1973. In order to check a copy I would have to visit a Centre which as I am housebound is impossible,
