I can go and find the original document in all the computers of the fhc but one. The green dot is up. What do I need to do to get that one computer to access originals document?
the Icon for the extension does NOT always change color based on it being active. The current version 3.0.1 still fails to change color each time. The current suggested workaround is when there are issues you need to click the icon and wait for the popup window to fully populate your center information, when that happens usually the icon will turn green. You can then access the record, document, or website. However, some will find that the extension will go inactive when you change to a different record or site. When this happens, you will need to repeat the above process to activate the extension again.
This is a temporary workaround as the extension is modified to prevent being deactivated by each site or record change.
Once these bugs are resolved we will then be able to enhance the extension with more accessibility options and features. Security of the records is the primary focus and must be maintained and so we may see more issues as we raise security and then allow more access. This will take time and we are grateful for your patience and understanding as we perfect this extension.
