Help Others

I have a friend who has a public account and would like to help others. He has been doing genealogy for 51 years and is very accurate. He often helps others with their family history and would like a way to help them build their tree. The Help Others option is not available to him. I would like to recommend the Help Others option be given to public accounts.

Help others can be given to public accounts. There are several cases where public users are helping in family search centers and are given this permission. I don't know the approval process, but I would start with support.

Thank you for your comment. Yes! Now how do I get him to get the Help Others option? I will work on that.
