FS is recommending an unknown person for temple work

On this web page in my account {https://www.familysearch.org/campaign/temple-ord-ready/?icid=lihp-gto-8013} it gives an unknown person to do temple work. When I click on the option it goes to an error page.

I spoke to a Support Missionary, and he recommend this ask to community. I would like it removed so that future recommendation of named persons can be given to me.

Hi Carolyn, Thank you for contacting FamilySearch with your question. We understand you have a question regarding temple ordinances.

We will need the person's name and the I.D. number for that person. We will also need your UserName and Helper Number.

Here are the steps to locate your Helper Number:

1. Go to FamilySearch.org, and sign in.
2. Click your name in the top right corner of the screen. 
3. Click Settings.
4. At the top of the page select the Permissions tab.
5. Your helper number is listed under Helper Access.

We will then be able to refer this request to an internal department for further assistance.
