Support Tools and cache
It was my understanding that running the sign-out tool at the end of the session would clear the browser cache. Perhaps I was mistaken, because I've noticed that the cache has not been cleared on any of our computers. I have all computers set up per the instructions, but, perhaps there is something else needed so that the cache is cleared with the sign-out tool? Please advise - should the tool clear the cache upon exiting? Or, should I go back to clearing the cache manually (Ctrl + Shift + Delete).
