How to enter February 31, 1926?

Is it right to enter this day as is or assume 29 to be safe?

    @Caroline Alonzo See, February 1926 only had 28 days in it. So Feb 29, 30 & 31 would not be valid dates. Are you sure the month is February? Where are you seeing Feb 31st as a date you want to enter?

    If you are Indexing, just put in what is on the document, don't change the 31 just enter it if the system allows you to.

    If the system does not allow you to enter what you see, then enter what part the system does allow you to enter. So: February 1926 (ie, omit day of the month).
