Hi Welcome to Family Search Community and for posting your question/request.
There are at least two records for your Simon Tuttle. One is Simon Tuttle(Tothill) GX5N-HD3 newly created in July of this year. This record has no ordinances as of yet although ordinances are reserved. Then there is record KNSZ-KZL for Simone Tuttle which has the ordinances you indicated. Both records have the same spouses listed and would appear to be duplicate records. However, there is a much more fundamental concern which copying ordinances from one record to another will not solve.
Please review the life sketch on record KNSZ-KZL for Simone Tuttle. It states that the parents, Simon Tuttle and Isabel Wells had no son by the name of Simon. There seems to be differences of opinion on that from various users. But that question should be resolved. Regardless, the two records for your Simon Tuttle, KNSZ-KZL and GX5N-HD3 appear to be duplicate records. If in fact they are not duplicates and represent two different persons, then the ordinances shouldn't be copied from one to the other and they should be put in the right place genealogically if possible. If they are duplicates records, then they should be merged and put in the right place genealogically. It would appear from the comments in the life sketch, that genealogically, the right place is not as a child of Simon Tuttle and Isabel Wells.
Bottom line, you should work to get the records correct genealogically (meaning in the right family with the right spouses and children). Once this is done, then what to do with the ordinances will fall out.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance as you work to get these records correct. You can also seek further help by going to Family Search.org and on the contact us page, either schedule a appointment or call during the published hours. Thanks again.
