Requesting Permission to do Temple Ordinances for Non-Family Member

I was the Ministering Sister to Donna Marie Keene (L5ZW-J9L). Donna was preparing to attend the Temple but received a diagnosis of a particularly aggressive and advanced cancer. Before passing she signed a request giving me permission to do her work in the Temple.

Information that may be relevant: Donna never married or had children. She has one surviving brother that she had not spoken to for 20 years, but he did call prior to her death. I do not have any information to contact him. He lives in another state. She did not have a current limited use recommend.

My husband and I are currently finishing the work of her parents so that they can be sealed together.

Please advise what I need to do to complete this work. Thanks a bunch!
