While indexing church records in Puerto Rico, the names have the 2 parent's last name.

In Puerto Rico we use 2 parent's last name and sometimes 4 depending on who took the information.
Most of the time only the father's last name is written in the main entry for the groom or bride, but further down the mother's name is written. Can the indexer go ahead and write in the mother's last name if it is not in the main entry but it is further down in the record?
Example: groom- Juan Torres
Father- Pedro Torres. mother- Juana García
Do you write in the field Juan Torres García because the mother's last name was further down or just leave it as Juan Torres even though the mother's last name is in the marriage certificate?
