Wrong Baptism and Confirmation dates

has the wrong baptism and confirmation date. Her correct baptism date is 31 Oct 1903 and the confirmation date is 1 Nov 1903 in the Lake view Ward, Tooele Stake.

This is located on Film 26126 record of members 1868-1950. image 104 entry 139. I have also attached a copy of it.
