@Richard Schweitzer_1, since this is a continuation of a family, you are forced to leave the field unavailable, but just keep reviewing the given names and the information. The families will be grouped together. We appreciate you asking about this.

@graysongoodrichchild1, there are two scenarios for your question, If I am understanding you correctly, you have come to a page where part of a family is on one page and the rest of the family is on a previous page that you are unable to go to? Please just continue to index the continued family. They will be put together for sure.

A second scenario: If you get to the end of a page and it looks like the family continues to the next page, the system will bring up the next page to verify that the family continued. You will make sure to put a check beside each family member on the second page. They system will take you through the review process for the complete family. It is important to look at the page numbers at the top of the sheet just to make sure that the continued family for sure belongs to your head of household on the previous page.

If I have misunderstood what you are asking, please clarify as I am anxious to help you understand.

Thank you for all that you are doing to help make these records searchable.

The head of the highlighted family I'm indexing is on the previous page which I don't have access to, so on the page I'm working the whole first family doesn't have a last name, it says (Field Unavailable), and I can't enter their last name. Any thoughts?
