How do I report or flag a record that needs to be manually reviewed or corrected?

This particular census record has completely bad indexing:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MSQ3-QTC

The way it's written on the 1900 census, I see these people's names (lines 84-87):

Goldenberg, Rebecca, Head, Mar 1866

Louis, Son, Feb 1886

Ida, Daughter, Mar 1888

Sarah, Daughter, May 1891

However in the record it seems to have Rebecca and Sarah listed twice, and somehow being both sisters and mother-daughter. I do not know how to correct this myself otherwise that'd be the first thing I'd do here. Any help would be lovely!

@N Tychonievich This is a 1900 census with the known problem in the index. Please and thanks.

@jonwithnoh There is an announcement on this topic. The engineers thought they had it resolved, but it is still a known issue.

appreciate the info! I'll go read the announcement in case I happen to find any further occasions of this issue.
