Missing temple ordinances for John Fernyhough M7SV-HYQ

Hi,

I'm helping another member Janice Batt who submitted this name and had the work done for John (her father). She has the card with all the dates stamped on it, but these are not recorded on Family search. Can you investigate please?

When we look up John, and go to his Person Page, we can see that there are duplicate records for him. If you merge the duplicates, the correct ordinance dates might show up.
