South Africa—Church of the Province of South Africa, Parish Registers, 1801–2004 [Part H][M3GM-LPH]

Attempting to index the batch. There are no headers on the pages to be indexed, nor do I find headers on the reference images. I'm guessing based on the information provided that these are Baptism/Birth/Christening records with the dates in the columns on the right being the birthdates as they are earlier, and the corresponding dates in the left columns being the christening/baptism dates. It won't hurt my ego to be told there is something obvious I've missed. I just want to get them right.

Thank you.

Thank you. I finished the batch right after your answer, but just realized I didn't acknowledge your help. Thank you!
