    Which record # are those original ordinances recorded under? It would be unusual for those ordinances to be lost completely in the system so typically you would need to find the record # that they are recorded under. Then once you verify that the record is a duplicate for the number you have listed above you can merge the two records together and the ordinances will show properly, and the second set of reservations held by users listed will just drop from their list.

    Basically, provided any information you have on where you got those ordinance dates from. It is also possible that the record that those ordinances are attached to got altered and/or merged into another record where it should be, however it still might be possible to restore and pull out the record and merge it where it should be.
