If you look through her change log, you will see that when her record was originally imported into Family Tree in 2012, her parents were:
That is who the 2008 sealing would have been to.
Since then, as you can see in her very complicated change log, all sorts of editing has been done with this family. And in 2018 her mother was changed:
She has not been sealed to this set of parents and she is no longer connected to her former set of parents. That is why the ordinance page displays the way it does.
Even though the Marias's first name and birth/death years are the same, one of them was born in Germany and the other in Pennsylvania so this is not just a confusion about names.
You may have a bit of work to do to determine if the change was correctly done and to recheck all the recheck all the research about who Elizabeth's mother really was.
