How can we stop Ordinance Ready from offering ordinances on families that are incorrect?

I was offered the opportunity to do a sealing to spouse. When I looked into the family, I saw that it didn't make sense. The "husband" was born and died in 1815. The wife was born in 1797. The child was born in 1812, before her "father" was born.
Some people just take these names to the temple without looking at the family to see if it makes sense. How can we stop the Family History Department from offering these bad ordinance suggestions? Sister Teresa Dewey

According to this Help Center articled: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/can-i-submit-a-family-name-if-it-has-a-data-problem-in-family-tree ordinances cannot be requested if there are any data errors on the record. Since the record you are looking at must have at least one data error, that of "child born before father," it must have been requested before some edits on the father created the error. Such a blatant error suggests an incorrect merge took place.
What is the ID number of the "husband?"
