How do I get ordinances to show up on my family tree?

My uncle passed away in November. His name is Lowell McMurtrey. PID L2TZ-863. He hadn't been active since he was young and he didn't have a home ward. I went through Salt Lake and they put his death information on Family Tree. There was still a block on his name and we had to go through the First Presidency to get approval to do his ordinances. My aunt received that permission and her son has been performing those ordinances. She said the ordinances have been completed but they are not showing up on my computer when I bring up his name. My cousin is using the same PID number and it's the number we sent to Salt Lake when requesting permission to do his ordinances. What else do I need to do to see those ordinances?
