Problem with Partner Access to Ancestry.com
I was helping a member patron create her free account with Ancestry.com via the partner access. She was logged in to her family search account and we followed all instructions as usual. Then when she logged in to Ancestry.com she could not see the details for the record hints - instead had a message to get a free trial or "sign up now" to upgrade her account. Can anyone tell us what went wrong? How can I help her get full access to ancestry.com? I have no idea what went wrong.
Hoping for a quick fix on this one.

The member patron can go to their FS account settings - permissions then scroll down to the bottom to see this. If Ancestry is listed then the patron should have correct access to member free Ancestry account features. If not listed, then repeat the sign up process via this URL https://www.familysearch.org/campaign/partneraccess/

Hello. I am having the same problem as the original creator of this post. My son-in-law is a consultant and followed all of the standard steps to fix the issue, but after seeing that access has been granted to Ancestry and that the accounts are connected, Ancestry.com continues to transfer me to the "become a member" page with the options to pay for a membership. Could you please send me some instructions on how to get clearance on Ancestry to do research?
Thank you.
