Would someone please be kind enough to find and reattach Mary Holdsworth's temple ordinances?

Mary Holdsworth K8ZQ-TTT had a daughter who has no father mentioned in her christening. Both of them had their temple ordinances completed during the 1950's. At least the ordinances that could be completed. Here is a link to the family group sheet found in the Family Group Records, Archives Section.
