Permission to do ordinances
I would like to perform temple ordinances for Giuseppe Vacca (GX2T-ZMF) and his parents who are not related to my family and are not members of the church. I have a written permission.
When I try to request the ordinances and then I click on the buttons saying that I'm not related to them and that I have written permission, I am not allowed to proceed.
Can you help me?
Thanks.

Can you enter the information for the living person who gave you permission in FamilySearch. It currently shows no living spouse, children, siblings, or parents which the written permission must come from.

The friend who gave me permission to do Temple ordinances is Maria Venerina Vacca; I have now added her name as Giuseppe's daughter.
Please find attached her written permission for three of her ancestors. Please give me access to ordinances for Giuseppe Vacca (GX2T-ZMF) and his parents (GX2T-33M + GX2T-SF6).
Thank you.

Dear brother/sister,
I would like to explain the background of my request.
I joined the church in October 1997 in Italy and I moved to Switzerland in 2002, after getting married.
About 17 years ago, I dreamed of Giuseppe Vacca (who died in April 1997) telling me that the books are crying. Unlike other dreams, I could remember this one very well and I have interpreted it as a request to perform temple ordinances for him and his family. I have never forgotten the dream and I have been talking about it every once in a while to my family and even with different temple presidencies... I was hoping to find out that we were somehow related, but I haven't find any proof yet. Finally, this year I had the courage to tell all this to Venerina, his daughter (it's a non member family), explaining her how important is the family for us and what we do in the temples, and I asked her permission to perform temple ordinances for her ancestors; she surprised me with a clear "I give you my permission" that was also heard by my husband and hers too.
When you asked me to provide written permission, I have contacted her again and she signed what you said she should sign. We are now waiting for your positive answer and we hope it comes before my son goes on his mission, being his papers already in the hands of the stake president.
So, this is in brief what stays behind my request
Wishing you a wonderful day
