If I found a Family name card I am not related to can I still do it?

Hello to you all! I have a quick question for you! So I have a folder of printed Ordinance card I have to complete. a couple months ago I found a name in that folder who is in spanish and who's birthday is in the 1700's and I am not related to them at all, or at least within the 15 generations of view my relationship. can I still do this ordinance if its printed out? and here is my other question, If I am able to do that name, I looked at their family line and a lot of there families ordinances have not been completed. can I do those as well? or can I do only family members within I am related?
Thank you so much for all that you do and for answering my many questions,

"When submitting names for proxy temple ordinances, members should generally submit only the names of persons to whom they are related" (General Handbook: Serving in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 28.1.1.1).
You are responsible to submit names of the individuals below:
- Immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, and parents).
- Direct-line ancestors (parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and so on, and their families).
You can also submit the names of the individuals below:
- Biological, adoptive, and foster family lines connected to your family.
- Collateral family lines (uncles, aunts, cousins, and their families).
- Descendants of your ancestors.
- Your own descendants.
- Possible ancestors, meaning individuals who have a probable family relationship that cannot be verified because the records are inadequate, such as those who have the same last name and resided in the same area as your known ancestors.
