Incorred spelling of surname in 1950 US Census
My grandparents surname in the 1950 US Census is incorrect. Line 23 of the Census (see attached) is the family. The Census has the last name spelled "Wickhauer." I am one of their granddaughters and this surname is my maiden name, so I have first-hand knowledge. The spelling should be "Wickham."
I'm also attaching a copy of their marriage certificate for your information.
Please let me know how to get this corrected so that searches will be accurate. Thank you,

@carolleighadams1, when you go to the 1950 census in FamilySearch after the state has been reviewed and published, you will be able to edit their name if a reviewer was unable to get the correct spelling while reviewing. That is frustrating for you. I'm sure you will be able to get it corrected. We hope that you are taking part in reviewing Virginia so it can be published soon. Thank you again for pointing this out!
