Can a deceased child be sealed to deceased parents if the child's ordinances have not be done

This was frequently done during the days of the old extraction program. It can be done now if you are given the child's name through Ordinances Ready. Although for children being sealed to parents, generally it will only give you names for which all the other ordinances for the child are complete. Ron Tanner discussed this in one of his recent Live Q&A sessions.
If you have found this name directly in Family Tree, reserved the name, and are completing the ordinances, then you should do the ordinances in the proper order. And, of course, if you are given the name through Ordinances Ready and prior ordinances are missing, you. certain can reserve and complete those other ordinances first.
The ordinance does not become effective until the other ordinances are completed.
