My parents were sealed in March 2021 and it is not reflected in their records.

Mother has since passed away.

Carl Alan Rambow is LKY5K-DFT and Shirley Marie Ehrich

Rambow-Ehrich Sealing Certificate, 06 March 2021, Oakland Temple.jpg

is LNXN-J7H

Copy of sealing certificate attached. Please correct.

Thank you!

If your father is still living, the sealing information will not display as ordinance information never shows for living people in Family Tree and that sealing record contains information on both him and your mother.

Father passed away 21 March 1970; mother passed away 08 April 2022.

This sealing needs to be showing in their respective records.

Also, since they are not showing being sealed together, I am not showing sealed to them.

I see what you mean. Either there is another Family Tree record hiding somewhere or it didn’t transfer properly from the ordinances database. A moderator will need to send this off to the right team.

So how do I get a moderator to send this off to the right team?

Just wait. They will see it here. They are actually very efficient at this type of thing and will probably have this fixed within a couple of days.

However, your sealing to them still will not display in Family Tree since you are living. None of your ordinances should be showing.

Shirley Marie Ehrich LNXN-J7H and Carl Alan Rambow LY5K-DFT: The sealing to spouse now appears correctly in Family Tree.
