Permission to seal my cousin to his parents

In 2017 my Great Uncle Scottie (my grandma's youngest brother, born in 1920) and Great Aunt Melba gave me permission in person to do their son's (their only child who never married and who died in Vietnam in 1971) temple ordinances (they were Baptist). I was able to complete all temple ordinances except for sealing my cousin to his parents. Since they were both living, I thought I would need to wait until they passed. (I found out differently today from family search mobile help).
They have both passed and I have completed all temple ordinances for my great aunt and uncle except for sealing my cousin to them. I was told I would have to wait 110 years -- my cousin Greg was born in 1947. I may not make it that long (2057); I was born in 1960.
What can I do?
Thank you!

Thank you for posting in the Community. The ordinance wait time has recently changed, Ordinances can now be done 30 days after death. Before you can request proxy temple ordinances for a friend to whom you are unrelated, you must submit signed permission from a close living relative of your friend.
A close living relative is an undivorced spouse (the spouse to whom the individual was married at the time of death), an adult child, a parent, or sibling. Please see the Church’s General Handbook, 28.1.1.1.
If there is no one living to give you permission, we are unable to grant permission.

Thank you for your response. This is not for an unrelated person or friend --- I am wanting to complete the temple ordinances for my 1st cousin once removed. In 2017 and 2018 I had permission given to me from his living parents (which was documented at the time in family search with all their contact info) to do all his temple work. Every ordinance was completed, but that of sealing him to his parents. Since his parents were still alive I thought I had to wait until they passed to do the sealing. I just found out this week that I could have had him sealed to them by proxy while they were living.
My cousin: Gregory Scott Morgan LDQH-YD1
He was an only child and unmarried at the time of his death in Vietnam on 15 March 1971.
Is there any one I could speak to about gaining permission to seal him to his parents?
