Lost ordinance records

Hi there, does anyone have any knowledge about why all of the ordinances for a deceased person would no longer be available? My mother has been gone for 21 years and all of her information was readily available on Family Search. Now I am no longer able to find any of that information. All I find is, "Cannot request - Not available" and then, "This person's ordinance status is not available." All of my father's information is there but none of my mother's. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @YanceyTekaari1

You will need to submit a request to resolve the issue in the Temple category, here in the Community forum. Provide your mother's name and ID number from Family Tree and ask for the ordinance status to be reinstated.

Hope this helps and the matter is solved quickly.
