How do I re-request permission to do Temple ordinances?

Hi,
Three months ago I requested permission to do Temple work for my brother-in-law. I had permission from his wife (my sister). My sister then passed away and so the request was denied.
I now have permission from their son, but when I try to request permission a notice comes up saying 'Permission to request these ordinances is being reviewed.' and doesn’t allow me to go any further.
Is this an error ie once I was notified my sisters consent was no longer valid it should reset to allow me to try again? Or is there something different I need to do?
Many thanks for any advice.

If you have already received an email message from the support team that reviews 110-year requests, rather than trying to start a whole new request process for your brother-in-law, please just reply directly to the email you received that explained that since your sister has passed away she can no longer be the "grantor". If you have permission from the son of your brother-in-law simply provide that information in your reply along with his name, relationship and contact information.
Since all communications regarding 110-requests are handled through the emails sent directly to you about a specific request, communication should continue through the initial email you receive. I hope this information is helpful. I will also be sending you a personal message to confirm the name and ID of your brother-in-law. Your are welcome to communicate through that personal message should you have additional questions that I may be able to answer.
