Hi @Bill Stiman
When you restore the deleted record for the person, the ordinances show also restore.
This knowledge article explains how to restore the deleted record - https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-restore-a-deleted-record-for-a-person-in-family-tree
If after you restore the record for the person, the ordinances don't restore correctly, then post the ID in Community so someone can take a look and see what is going on.

Trying to restore individual ordinances for Alpheus P. Coon [GXV5-B4R] and couple sealing ordinances for he and his wife Mary Clark [KC5R-DFV]. I have the ordinance cards. (note: Mary Clark has also been merged with Mary Ann Jameson)
Deleted person [Alpheus] in merge will not restore. Male was merged with female. Female was entered as a male. List of changes make no sense whatsoever. Nothing I can do to fix it. Hopeless mess. (Alpheus P. Coon [GXV5-B4R] merged with Sarah Ann Fisher [L66T-CXM]) Sarah Ann was originally a male and I was able to change her to female)
