Sort and filter "Recommended Tasks" list by distance of relation and paternal/maternal sides

A sort and filter feature on this section would encourage me to attach more sources. I enjoy reviewing record hints of my relatives, but I would prefer to view closer relatives' sources first.

It might also be nice to sort by the number of hints on the individual.
