Sealing Completed but not reflecting correctly in FamilySearch

My great-grandmother kept a temple book with stamped dates of when ordinances were preformed for her ancestors. I have a copy of this book and have been going through to verify that FamilySearch shows the correct ordinance information. On several entries, this is how the sealing looks. the parents listed are correct, but it appears that the ones in FamilySearch are not displaying as the same parents that were originally sealed to this child.

Is there a way to fix this so it reflects the original sealing date and the parents showing in the tree? If so, who can I send this information to, to have the information reviewed for the rest for the relatives this is happening with?
