Direct Relative Ordinances Not Viewable

My grandfather (my mother’s dad) and my grandmother (my mother’s mom) are showing up in the app with “not available” information regarding their ordinances. Why is that? Why can’t I see the information? What do I need to do so I can see it? This wasn't an issue before, meaning those ordinances were viewable the last time I looked at them (at least for my grandfather - my grandmother just passed away earlier this year).
