stalled temple work

Hi, I have a reservation for Fidel Kohler, 9VSJ-B48.

My family search account tells me that his Initiatory has been printed by a temple...but this has been the case for months.

We cannot continue his Endowment work until his Initiatory has been completed. Has this name been lost? Not recorded? Printed too prematurely by the temple?

I would appreciate understanding how we can help this man's work continue forward, rather than being stalled as it has been.
