Redundant requirement to "Request Permission"

It's rather frustrating to have been granted permission to have ordinances performed for my aunt (Betty Jean Webber LFW9-P2C, born 1927), to have performed the baptism & confirmation last week, and to return to her Person page today to print another card for her initiatory, and then to learn that I must again Request Permission for all the remaining ordinances. Why is that? This is very time consuming. If there is a way to avoid this issue please help me understand what to do now and in the future.
Thank you,

You may like to speak to your Temple Presidency or Office to see if you can have the card returned to you.

Did you request all the ordinances when you made the initial request or just the baptism and confirmation?
Certainly it is normally possible to request all the ordinances at the same time and thus only go through the request permission routine once.

I requested all the ordinances in the initial request. I think the issue may be that the temple keeps the ordinance card after the ordinance is complete, so I would need to come up with a new ordinance card for subsequent ordinance requests.

Thank you! That same thought occurred to me yesterday. I sent an email to the Temple office making that request.
