Permission to do ordinance for a friend
Would like help in requesting ordinance for a friend. Our friend died in January of this year. We have written permission from her sister to do the temple work and we need help in printing the ordinance card.

They take cases in the order they are received, so it depends on how many cases are in head of yours. It could take from a few days, to weeks. That is all we know.

Sanra, I understand it has not been long enough to receive an answer. I did get the red dot and sent back the information but nothing showed that it went. I just wanted to make sure that you received all the information that you needed and we have done everything we can do up to this point.

I understand this has not even been a month in the process but curious what I am watching for. Will I get an email or permission to print her ordinance card or do I receive the card? Just wanting to know what happens from here and what I should be watching for.
