I have written permission to do a deceased friends temple work signed by her her daughter. I submitted with request with the written permission letter. Have not received notice to do the temple work yet. Name is Hazel Rodney ID GXWF-FGG. Thanks

Hazel Rodney ID GXWF-FGG temple work was approved by your department to do her Initiatory and Endowment almost 2 months ago. I went to Temple last week and did her initiatory and now Hazel's Temple card (when printed) is showing needs approval to do her Endowment. We have a ward Temple day scheduled in 2 weeks to honor our friend Hazel and the temple card I printed to do Endowment says we must have approval, (again) ? of which was already given.
My husband called and resubmitted the request to finish her Temple work with Hazel's written permission from her daughter. We have not heard back from Family Search as of today and I checked Family Search today and it is still stating permission is needed.
Please let me know what further information you need from us. The written permission to do Hazel's Temple work from her daughter has been sent to your department twice.

Have you reviewed our request (my husband - also sent in request to review permission a couple of days before I did). We have not heard back from Family Search and her Family Search card does not show the permission has been reviewed and already. Thanks very much. Diane R Hugo - Family History Consultant

When you are going to temple to do all the ordinances, Please ask the temple office to return the card to you following each ordiance completed, or you might have to apply for permission again.

I did ask for the card back and they told me they could not give it to me. The permission to do Hazel ordinances was give by her daughter (written consent was sent to you). what is the status? Our Temple day is coming up very soon.....thanks

Ward Temple day is October 21st 7 pm at Bountiful Temple. Can I go back to Odgen Temple and ask for the original card? Would they still have it? But you have locked out her card??? Thanks

You should be able to print the cards, The picture I sent you in private messenger shows you as a helper.
Print all card at the same time. Maybe you need to to clear cookies, it is worth a try. https://www.familysearch.org/cookies

I cleared my cookies and it didn't help to clear up the card. I still don't understand with the permission note why the endowment needs to be approved when it was already approved. thanks with your help

we did have copy of Hazel's permission note from her daughter too do her Temple work. My husband sent to person asking for it and it was released. I have printed it now! Thanks so very much!
