Proxy Ordinances completed for my living grandmother

I recently found a duplicate entry for my living grandmother that was submitted in 2021, I just saw her a couple months ago and my dad saw her last week. Someone did her proxy ordinances in the temple. What can we do about this? Since she is living, will these proxy ordinances count for anything? How should I fix this?

I've already submitted a request to have her status changed from "deceased" to "living."
