Why is my brother not recorded as born in the covenent?

L7XB-RBG Claude Loren Amon was born 27 July 1946 to Ruth Fay Amon ( KWCG-X15 ) and Earl Raymond Amon (KWCG-X1P). Ruth and Earl had been sealed as husband and wife in person on 9 February 1945 in the Salt Lake Temple.
