Permission to do ordinances

Kim Murphree

June 24 in Temple

I have written permission from the daughter of a deceased friend to complete her mother's temple work. My friend was baptized and confirmed and is the only member in her family. She died last year 2021. Her name is Rebecca Eileen Greenawalt KWFV-MMV and her daughter's name is Nicolette Kessler.

I would like to have permission to print her card and take it to the Temple on June 25, 2022 if possible. If not, please grant permission and I will complete these at a later date.

My name is Kim L. Murphree and my email address is themurphreenetwork@gmail.com

    Thank you very much. Do we know how long this will take? I'd like to do the ordinances in the morning CST 8am.

    Hi Kim,

    We do not know how long it will take, it depends on how many cases are in front of yours. They may be backed up some, so it could take a few days, or even a week or more.

    @Sanra

    Who do I need to contact to see if this request is being processed and/or if they need more information? My friend's daughter said she has not been contacted. We have waited for a month, and are just wondering what else we need to do to get approval? Please respond. Thank you.

    I am sorry to report that team is really backed up. Please be patient. It is taking longer than usual, since they are getting so many requests daily, and the process takes time.

    Please allow me to reiterate that Rebecca was divorced at the time of death and so Nicolette, who has given me permission, is the closest relative. If there is something more they need, please let me know. I have an appointment again at the Temple for Saturday, July 30, 2022, hoping that I would be able to get this done since it has been several weeks from my initial request.

    I just don't want to have this held up because someone needs something else to get this approved. I can show the signed permission to the Temple personnel when I go. I served as a Temple worker for 2 years and am a 30 plus year convert. Becky was my best pal. So, anything you can do to make this happen would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your attention to this and your response.

    Sincerely,

    Kim L. Murphree
