I'm sure there are others who will be able to answer your questions.
BUT can you provide some examples (possibly screen shots) of what you allude to?

It's a question of available resources as far as personnel and time. It's a huge job. My wife is Norwegian and when she sets FamilySearch to Norwegian she finds all sorts of things that have not been translated yet. I'm sure that is also the case for the other 32 languages besides English the site is available in.
If you are in a position to help out with translation to Spanish, go here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/blog/community-translation to volunteer. I have no idea exactly what type of things they might have you translate but maybe it will be exactly what you want to see on the website.

I would guess -- There are enough Spanish speaking members of the church worldwide and of FS employees that Spanish should not be an issue - as to resources of English versus Spanish translations
so the question is very legit - - -
There should be no scarce resource of Spanish among FS employees and FS creations.
but again Im unclear what precisely the submitter of the question is alluding to - thus a screen shot or more details would be helpful.

Interesting Factoid: top three languages spoken by LDS
46% speak English, 35% speak Spanish, and 9% speak Portuguese.
the rest are mostly under 1%

@Pérez Rico Miriam I can help you with the reason for that. They are actually 2 completely separate instances of the community. They aren't a duplicate, translated copy. Hopefully that helps you understand what you are (and aren't) seeing.
Sam 🙂
