My father's temple ordinances do not show up on his person page in FamilySearch.
So (on 21 June 2022), I went to the special collections section of the family history library in Salt Lake City, Utah and found that his temple ordinances were all done (live) on 7 April 1976 in the Provo Temple. Proof of that is found on special collections microfilm #0,883,298 where we found the following information: My father's correct name is HELIO ALVES MAMEDE, not "Maniede" as noted in the Report of Living Endowment from the Provo Temple. I think this is why his person page in FamilySearch does not show his temple ordinance as being performed. The 7 April 1976 Provo microfilm report has the following data: unit number 0100471; pitch code: V; 10 End # ; temple code PV; form 09 code: N; sex M; company AM; Birthplace: Santa Cruz Das Palmeiras, Brazil; birthday 2 March 1924; His Father's name is Alberto Francisco Mamede (the name on the Report of Living Endowment was "Maniede", which is incorrect, the correct surname is Mamede); mother is Alice Alves da Silva. I have in my possession the certificates of ordination of my father to Elder and High Priest, the latter which was performed by Mark E. Peterson (Apostle), in case you want copies of these certificates. I am very excited about these changes being made so that my father's person page in Family Search shows that his ordinances were performed in 1976.
My father has a duplicate entry, L4YM-2WH, where his temple dates are correct. When we try to merge with the duplicate, GS73-CXQ, his temple ordinance dates disappear.
