Besides the names shown on left side of page there are also Owners names on the right side. Do we include those Owners names?

No, since this is a Personal Estate Register, the Owners names on the right side do not get indexed per the Project Instructions:

    • Index all names except those listed in the "Owner" or "Remarks" columns, or names of companies or trusts. Often, names of owners appear on the right side of the image; these names should not be indexed.

If this was a Real Estate Register then the next instruction applies:

    • When indexing real estate registers which have a column for owners but not a column for names, index the names of the owners. Do not mark these images as "No, No Extractable Data." This is an exception to the previous rule to not index the names of owners.

The project instructions can be pulled up at any time by clicking on the last icon on the toolbar.
