I am helping a sister in my ward whose adult daughter recently passed away. They are members of the church, and the daughter had been baptized at age 8. She was not listed as a child on this sister's tree, so I added her, with her birth and death information. How do I enter a baptismal and confirmation date? This sister wants to do the endowment for her daughter, but the Temple slip shows that the baptism and confirmation must be done first.

    Hello @doug.ennis

Has Church Membership been notified of the daughter's death? Once Church Membership has been notified of an individual's death, then a record will appear in Family Tree for the individual which shows the ordinances she has already completed.

You will then be able to merge the two records together and then proceed with requesting the remaining ordinances.

The membership clerk has moved her record out, and no longer has access to it. Is there something else that needs to happen? I have searched Family Search and have not been able to find her record.
